• Standard hourly Labour rate: $77 + GST

• Materials: Charged at cost plus a 10% supply margin, invoiced after job completion

Please note:
Materials are charged in addition to labour, so it’s important to allow for some materials expense in your budget. Most jobs quietly consume items you might not expect—such as cloths, sugar soap, silicone, screws, and various other consumables.

For smaller day to day work requests or one-off maintenance requests, the following Structured Labour Rates apply. These rates account for travel and job delivery time for small tasks:

• Up to 1 hour: $154 + GST

• Up to 2 hours: $192.50 + GST

• Up to 4 hours: $346.50 + GST

• Up to 6 hours: $500.00 + GST

• Up to 8 hours: $616.00 + GST

These fixed rates are designed to more fairly reflect the total time and resources involved in completing smaller jobs.

 

For ongoing or full-day work, pricing is calculated at the standard hourly rate of $77 + GST per hour.
