The hourly charge for Cales Service is $70. Typically customers who need only a handful of small and accessible items completed around their home may expect to receive an invoice between $97.50 - $190 for 1 -3 small tasks. Customers that have used the service before often opt to spend around $390-$520 for a variety of both small and medium tasks completed over one or two visits. Approximately 3 out of 10 customers end up spending $2000-3000 for larger work including home staging or home improvement work. Large work is typically delivered over a set of individual visits throughout a period of weeks or longer and may include items such as repainting of walls or ceilings, a medium to large quantity of small defects repaired, plaster repairs, doors repaired and/or adjusted, water damaged window sills restored and so on. There is no obligation to purchase more than you need and you are welcome to make an enquiry for a job no matter how small - Single visits do attract a 1.5 hour minimum charge a 15 minute job administration fee is applied if appropriate.
