Leak Detection Service

 

When it comes to aluminium windows, it can be quite difficult to trace leaks.

 

Over the past years, I have refined a process of tracing and sealing aluminium window leaks for both commercial and domestic buildings.

 

A leaking aluminium window does not necessarily mean that the window itself is defective. In many cases, the cause is the sub-sill material used to capture and expel water at the base of the window. The aluminium window frames themselves don't tend to leak as they are manufactured in tightly controlled environments.

 

If you have difficult-to-find leaks in your building's aluminium windows, or any other type water ingress for that matter, feel free to make contact with me and see if I can assist.  If the scope of work is large, I can refer you to another group that I am associated with that manages larger-scale leak remediation works.
